Bonjour,
With a love of all things French and a affinity for French Cuisine, Jay has spent the last ten years perfecting and refining his culinary skills before opening his very own French Restaurant. Born in Korea, surrounded by the gastronomic art and science of good eating from a young age. Jay's family history being the catalyst for his passion to be a Chef.
Jay travelled to France to study the French culture to truly understand the beauty and delicacy behind the people and their food. He completed his degree with Cordon Bleu and worked in a number of French Restaurants where he developed a pivotal relationship with his staff member who opened and established the local Bistro with him.
Not only serving French food but delivering the whole experience with a French Touch and a Parisian flare, Bistro Cocotte is well worth the experience.
